You may often see clients who come in with symptoms that have been plaguing them for years or sometimes just days seeking relief and freedom. Many of us become healers, coaches, and practitioners because we have struggled with these same challenges ourselves.

Physical and energetic work can only get us so far.

The relief that comes in the wake of deep energy healing, massage, or movement can become undone as the person reenters the thought patterns and habitual rhythms that created the symptoms in the first place.

Introducing the Body-Mind Dialogue. Combining somatic practices such as yoga, energy work, biomagnetism, etc. with awareness of source thought-patterns, conditioning, and choice-mapping we see:

Course Details

What you can expect in the Mind-Body Dialogue Course:

We begin these eight weeks with re-orienting how you inhabit and relate to your body. Many of us unintentionally objectify our bodies, which leads to the framing "why is this happening to me?" or being angry with our bodies for betraying us or not cooperating. When we re-orient this relationship, we open up pathways for communication and energy movement to more effectively and quickly release stuck patterns of symptoms and experience healing and vitality.

In this week you will:

  • learn the keys to creating an open and vital relationship with your body 
  • clarify your intentions for the course
  • experience a deep relaxation meditation to open and set the sacred space and welcome deep support for your intentions
  • unearth your beliefs and fears about the possibilities of being in dialogue with the body and the capacity for healing through this dialogue
  • exercises in moving energy through the body

This week we explore some of the most often seen pain points in the head, shoulders, and neck, including:

  • migraines, tension headaches, simple headaches, auras
  • stiff and tender neck
  • shoulder pain radiating into the neck and back (and localized)
  • Eye tension & pain

We will practice exercises corresponding to the messages from the head, neck, and shoulders as well as ways to move the energy for immediate relief.

The torso and abdomen hold our vital organs and can manifest both physical symptoms such as pain and rashes, as well as experiences of sickness and disease. Many of these symptoms and experiences communicate messages deeply rooted in the past and in relationships with self and others that we will explore through various exercises. This week we explore the following:

  • the connection between the heart, relationships, and life situations 
  • lungs including chest congestion & pain
  • stomach discomfort and nausea
  • intestinal issues including small and large intestines

How often do we bang our hands and feet, break toes or fingers, and simply bandage ourselves up or get surgery and move on? The hands and feet tell us quite a bit about our deeper guidance systems and point the way toward incredible experiences of divine love and purpose as well as more harmony in our relationships. 

This week we explore hands, feet, and rashes, including:

  • symptoms and meanings of each of the ten fingers with real world examples
  • techniques to manipulate energy through the hands and feet as an outlet for other systems of the body
  • symptoms and meanings of the toes and feet with examples, including experiences such as plantar fasciitis
  • the underlying messages behind rashes and meanings of some common locations
  • the importance of feet in your navigational system and what it means when your feet are talking! 

Both acute and chronic back pain can create incredible stress, especially when you can never know when it's going to happen - or can you? The messages of the back are clear and direct, and once recognized can be resolved instantly or relatively quickly. The back also holds deep information connecting into our most critical relationships and beliefs. Setting the back free impacts how we feel about our prospects and ability to succeed in the world.  This week we will explore the upper, mid, and lower back, including:

  • sensations in the shoulder blades and upper back 
  • sources of mid-back pain and discomfort 
  • the messages from the lower back including experiences of sciatica, nerve pain, slipped discs
  • exercises & practices to quickly resolve pain, even at the level of being bed-ridden and incapacitated
  • ways to keep your back healthy & recognize on-coming symptoms

Our legs help to carry us forward in our lives. When we experience symptoms, discomfort, or injury in the legs we can receive a great deal of information about what might be holding us back or ways we are not taking care of ourselves to feel fully nourished and supported, or unwilling to step into our full potential. This week we will explore:

  • upper legs including thighs and hamstrings
  • the reason we injure (often repeatedly) our shins including bumps, scrapes, rashes, and more intense injuries
  • calves, including messages from sciatica that reaches down the legs
  • the messages hidden in the knees applying to surgeries, chronic and acute pain and soreness
  • what the ankles can tell us through soreness and injury

From fibroids to hemorrhaging and monthly cycles this special focus on feminine anatomy will go deep into the heart of our beliefs about what it means to be a woman and to be comfortable and joyful in our feminine embodiment. Some areas we will cover include:

  • relationship with our cycles
  • fibroids
  • hemorrhaging post-cervical procedures
  • other ob-gyn issues including cervical cancer 
  • sources of constipation and ways to make going to the bathroom easy and enjoyable

This is where we bring it all together applying a comprehensive map of the energy fields that connect across the whole person. We consider the way that we inhabit and relate to our bodies at a system-level and the patterning that emerges from the whole. We will explore higher levels of harmony and how to prioritize various approaches to system work across the various energy bodies.

  • the 7-layer Auric Body System and potential for healing
  • the role of intuition in the body-mind dialogue
  • physical & emotional "stances" and how these solidify into physical symptoms and experiences
  • the relationship between inner healer vs. divine healer

How does this work in practice?

The possible are endless! You might guide your clients through various movements, transform energy, apply protocols, etc. as you ask your client (or yourself) specific questions (that you will learn) about various experiences in their life while breathing through those areas of their body. Then witness the breakthroughs and releases triple-fold before your eyes!

Meet Your Instructor, Marin!

Marin Phoenix

Marin has been a Transformational Coach for about six years and Childbirth Educator/Coach for the past four. She has successfully integrated body-mind mapping, breathwork, meditation and other subconscious modalities into her transformational work with clients, continually adding to her coaching toolkit. Throughout her own journey from experiencing debilitating and persistent migraines, allergies, dietary restrictions, traumatic childbirth, broken bones and sprains, blackout menstrual cramping and more to receiving the messages from her body as a roadmap to more vibrant life and health, she has learned to embody her transformation into a moment-by-moment awareness of ways of being that lead to greater ease, grace, and joy in her life. It is her fervent passion to guide others along their own transformational journeys to open pathways never thought possible into lives of freedom, joy, and deep inner alignment.
